Personal data- This is data about you that you give us by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, in person or otherwise. This data may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone numbers, financial and credit card information, date of birth, names and details of animals owned by you or in your care, details of other service providers and referral vets that you interact with, insurance details and other information pertinent to the provision of our services.
    • – Cookies: Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and allows us to improve our website.

How we use the personal data collected:

    • – To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.

Where we store your personal data

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure clouded servers. Any payment transactions will be encryptedUnfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk.
