The additional space also allows for multiple staff members to be present at a consult if necessary as well as minimising the feeling of confinement and stress for your pet.
Designated Waiting Areas
At Rackheath Vets, we want to make your visit as stress-free as possible for you and your pets. We have allocated waiting areas for dogs, cats and small furries to ensure comfort and safety for all our patients.
Kennels and Cat Ward
Our kennels and cat ward have been designed with your pet’s comfort in mind. We have large walk-in kennels for dogs and ‘cat castles’ for our feline patients that provide a safe and secure environment for them while they’re in our care.
State-of-the-Art Imaging Suite
Our advanced veterinary imaging suite is equipped with the latest technology, including x-ray, ultrasound, 2 endoscopes, and a laser therapy machine, to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and effective treatment for your pet.
Theatre and Dental Suites
Our theatre suite and prep area are designed to provide your pet with the highest quality surgical care, and we’ve made sure our dental suite is completely separate to prevent the spread of bacteria for your pet’s safety and hygiene.
Accessibility
At Rackheath Vets, we’ve designed our facilities with ease of access in mind. From large corridors and wide doorways for disabled access to a separate entrance for nervous pets, we prioritise making visits to us as smooth as possible. Located near the main NDR Bypass, we have ample parking, including disabled spaces.
